The Lava Shark 5G will launch in two colors: Stellar Gold and Stellar Blue. You can purchase it for Rs 7,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. Shark 5G buyers can also participate in Lava's Free Service@Home program, in addition to the standard 1-year warranty. Starting today, it is available at all Lava retail stores and on the Lava e-store.

The 5G model features a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device is powered by the Unisoc T765 chipset, which also enables 5G cellular network connectivity. The device features 4GB LPDDR4X physical RAM plus an extra 4GB virtual memory option. Storage capacity starts at 64GB UFS 2.2 internally, expandable to a maximum of 512GB via microSD card.

The Shark 5G features a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. Additionally, the phone is powered by a 5000mAh battery and supports 18W charging. However, the phone box only includes a 10W charger instead of the faster option. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The device offers dual 5G SIM slots, 4G VoLTE for voice calls, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and GLONASS, and a USB Type-C port for charging.
